Who Are We?

As Masons we carry rich traditions which were created in the 18th Century adjunct from medieval stonemason guilds.  In researching, the actual history of our ancient and honourable institution, many readers will in fact be left uncertain as to its actual beginnings.  Some Masonic historians will explain Biblical beginnings to the craft while others to the crusades and still others to England in the 18th Century.

Regardless of the genesis of Masonry, we are all blessed to have such a wonderful organization that is dispersed throughout the globe!  We enjoy one another’s sincere friendship and we come together in promoting each other’s welfare!  It is a society of Men and Brothers whose common goal are to become better men for our professions, our families and our society!

What is Our Mission?

The mission of the Glendale Masonic Lodge is to become a critical facilitator of knowledge in the education of its members, whose through diligent efforts will become a Fraternity that attracts Men to carry forward its teachings.  Symbolism being the main allegorical teaching system of the craft, its aim is in carrying forward many of those beautiful rituals, ceremonies and ideals which have been passed through generations of knowledgeable Men!
